This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Haven (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our online store (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have questions, contact us at buildapixelhaven@gmail.com
Who We Are
Pixel Haven is an ecommerce store operated on WooCommerce and hosted by Hostinger. Our website address is www.mypixelhaven.com. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.
What Personal Data We Collect and Why
Comments and Form Submissions
When visitors leave comments, submit contact forms, or otherwise interact with fields on the Site, we collect the data shown in those forms, which may include your name, email address, and any message content. We may also collect your IP address and browser user-agent string to help with spam detection.
If you provide an email address, it may be used to respond to your inquiry, send order-related communications, or (with your consent) send marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
Orders and Account Information
When you place an order or create an account, we collect information necessary to process and fulfill that order, including your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card information is handled by our payment processors and is not stored on our servers (see “Payments” below).
Digital Downloads
For orders containing digital products, we use WooCommerce’s built-in digital download system to deliver files and manage access. We may log download activity (such as download counts, dates, and the IP address used) to enforce download limits and prevent unauthorized distribution.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and improve your experience.
-
- Essential cookies keep items in your cart, remember your login, and enable checkout.
-
- Preference cookies remember choices such as language or region.
-
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site (see “Analytics and Tracking” below).
-
- Marketing cookies are set by advertising partners to measure and deliver relevant ads.
If you leave a comment or interact with certain forms, you may opt to have your details saved in cookies for convenience. These last for a limited period and can be cleared through your browser settings. You can control or disable cookies through your browser and, where offered, through our cookie consent banner.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Pages on the Site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, or interactive widgets). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website. These third parties may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content, including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
Analytics and Tracking
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the Site.
This information helps us measure traffic, improve our content, and understand our audience. Google may process this data on our behalf and may use collected data in accordance with its own privacy policy. Where required, we rely on your consent (via our cookie banner) before enabling Google Analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by declining analytics cookies in our consent banner. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot for customer relationship management, email marketing, and marketing analytics. HubSpot uses cookies and tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Site and our emails, such as pages viewed, forms submitted, links clicked, and email opens.
This helps us manage our communications with you, understand engagement, and send relevant marketing (where you have consented). Information you submit through HubSpot-powered forms (such as your name and email address) is stored in HubSpot’s systems. For details, see HubSpot’s privacy policy at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
You can opt out of HubSpot tracking by declining marketing cookies in our consent banner and can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Advertising (Meta and Google)
We use advertising services from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to promote our products and measure the effectiveness of our ads. These services may place cookies or pixels on your device to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertising on their platforms and elsewhere. You can manage ad personalization through your Meta and Google account settings, and by declining marketing cookies in our consent banner.
Payments
We accept payments through WooPayments (WooCommerce’s payment service) and may also offer Stripe and PayPal at checkout. When you make a purchase, the payment information you enter is transmitted directly to the relevant payment processor to complete the transaction. These processors handle your card or account details in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable card-industry security standards; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business, including with:
-
- Payment processors (WooPayments, Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions.
-
- Hosting provider (Hostinger) which stores the Site and its data on our behalf.
-
- Analytics and marketing providers (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta, Google Ads) as described above.
-
- Shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your orders.
-
- Service providers who help us run the Site (such as email delivery or spam filtering).
-
- Legal and safety recipients where disclosure is required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
If Pixel Haven is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
Where required, we put contracts in place with these providers to ensure your data is protected.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Comments and form submissions: retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, unless you request deletion.
Order and account data: retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations (typically several years).
Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we retain a suppression record to honor your request.
Analytics data: retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics and HubSpot.
For users who register on the Site, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also see and edit that information.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
